Police Declare Two Men Wanted Over Alleged Murder of Woman in Ikoyi
The Nigeria Police Force has declared two men, Ajibola Obateru, 33, and Folawiyo Balogun Alagbado, 32, wanted over an alleged case of conspiracy and murder committed in the Ikoyi axis of Lagos State.
According to a Special Police Gazette Bulletin issued under the authority of the Inspector-General of Police, the two suspects allegedly conspired with others to attack a woman, allegedly killed her and took away her body to an unknown location.
The victim’s personal belongings were also allegedly stolen by the suspects and their accomplices.
The police said Obateru, whose last known address is Ibadan, Oyo State, is a Yoruba male, about 5.9 feet tall and thinly built, with an oval face, long nose, small mouth, thin lips, black eyes, fair complexion and pointed chin.
He is also described as having thick black hair and a high forehead.
Alagbado, also reportedly of Ibadan, is described as a 32-year-old Yoruba male of average height, with an oval face, wide nose, long and wide mouth, medium lips, dark complexion and round chin.
The police urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of either suspect to report immediately to the nearest police station or the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Musiliu Smith Street, Panti-Yaba, Lagos.
