Fashola demands immediate evacuation of vehicles parked along airport road

The Lagos State Government has demanded for the immediate evacuation of vehicles parked along the Airport Road in Ikeja, Lagos, South West Nigeria.

Most of the affected vehicles belong to the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, as well as car dealers and military personnel.

Governor BABATUNDE FASHOLA gave the order when he paid an unscheduled visit to the area.

He said the traffic situation along the Airport Road has become a major source of concern to the state, especially as it affects security.

Meanwhile, Governor FASHOLA has sworn-in five new permanent secretaries in the civil service of Lagos State.

While perfuming the ceremony today, the governor urged them to see their appointments as a call to serve.
