Governor Fashola approves appointment of 4 judges


 The Governor of Lagos State Babatunde Fashola has approved the appointment of four high court judges for the state.

The newly appointed judges are Mrs. Iyabo Akinkugbe, Mrs. Serifat Sonaike, Mr. Abdulfattah Lawal and Mr. Abisoye Bashua.

Spokesperson for the Lagos State Judiciary, Grace Alo in a statement said the approval followed the recommendation of the National Judicial Council headed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Aloma Mukhtar.


The statement said the judges would be sworn-in on November 21.
